Hilvert Timmer
Spiritual guide · shaman · holistic therapist · transpersonal coach · dedicated father · wanderer · …..

Really, names are only names. What truly calls me is the inner world longing to be walked. With devotion, sensitivity, and courage, we wander these inner gardens, tracing their hidden paths, so that harmony may bloom and gratitude toward Life itself may deepen.
Hilvert Timmer, MsC, Dutch, has been a shamanic healer in the Andean-Amazonian traditions for over 20 years. Together with his Bolivian/Brazilian wife, he practices the knowledge of Master Plants through integrative retreats, which benefit patients with various ailments, including physical and mental health issues, addictions, confusion, anxiety, and almost everything beyond that. He is also a tabaquero, Zen meditation practitioner, tarot card reader, dream guide, sweat lodge guide, integrative therapist, rites of passage facilitator, and plant medicine alchemist.

He is also an economist and anthropologist, with a master's degree in Cultural Anthropology of Religion. He is a member of the Permanent Forum for Study, Research and Transdisciplinary and Ancestral Wisdom in Bolivia, a representative of the Pagan Federation International in Bolivia, and a member of the Alliance for Consciousness and Entheogenic Plants.
He is a speaker and author of anthropological-ethnobiological studies, for example, on the Andean cosmovision, indigenous knowledge, healing with Master Plants, belief system transformation, studies on inner happiness, and more. The direction of many studies is to remember that "we are nature" and that it is our responsibility to learn how to care for our larger family, which encompasses all life forms.

For 10 years, he worked as the director of an international NGO in Bolivia, Peru, and the Netherlands, where they focused on improving the living conditions of indigenous people in the high Andes. Since 2012, he has been co-owner of Quinta Conciencia in the subtropics of central Bolivia, a place of healing, education, study, enjoying life in nature, and returning to the roots of a simple and enriching life, in coherence and awareness.
Karina Mariaca
Modern Medicine Woman with Andes and Amazon roots, in love with Life.

Karina Mariaca de Oliveira, Bolivian-Brazilian, is a medicine woman with roots in the traditions of the Andes and the Amazon. She has been walking the shamanic path for over 20 years and has been serving for 15 years with healing ceremonies, sacred plants and integrative practices that honor ancestral wisdom. She is the co-founder of Quinta Conciencia, a permaculture and healing center in Samaipata, Bolivia, where she leads ancestral ceremonies, sacred dances, sweat lodges, and retreats. Her work invites participants to experience cleansing, deep healing, and reconnection with the cycles of nature, weaving together indigenous cosmologies and contemporary perspectives.

Karina is also a Zen practitioner, hatha yoga instructor, and dance therapy facilitator. She integrates movement, meditation, and body awareness into her healing journey. She holds a master's degree in environmental management and ecotourism, a background in business administration, and has completed a doctoral research project on sustainable development and biodiversity in mountains. This diverse background allows her to connect ancestral knowledge and modern science, creating fertile spaces for dialogue and mutual learning.
At the heart of her calling is her role as a facilitator of integral processes. Karina has extensive experience facilitating knowledge dialogues between communities, institutions, and diverse traditions, creating safe and respectful spaces with multiple actors where collective wisdom can emerge. She sees facilitation as a living art of weaving—bringing together voices, perspectives and energies at the service of harmony and transformation. Her path is inspired by the principles underlying ancestral peoples: the contemplative gaze, the reciprocity expressed in giving and receiving, and the deep understanding that everything is perfect, everything is alive, and everything is sacred. These values guide her life and her service and nourish a vision of connectedness and balance with the Earth and all beings.
